**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Foundation Marketing, the Marketing and Digital Coordinator’s primary focus is to support the marketing and digital communications work of William Osler Health System Foundation (Osler Foundation). The Marketing and Digital Coordinator supports the development of creative and impactful donor-centric content and communications materials on multiple platforms to raise awareness and help drive funds in support of Osler.

Accountabilities:

- Coordinate and project manage all creative assets for Osler Foundation signature events
- Supports the development and production of marketing collateral to support fundraising initiatives
- Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to support multiple projects, including campaigns, direct mail and special events
- Supports the development, maintenance and improvement of Osler Foundation’s website and microsites
- Works collaboratively with the Foundation Marketing team to create and share social media content to strengthen the Osler Foundation brand and to support various fundraising channels like community giving and direct mail
- Provide accurate, responsive and professional administrative support to the Foundation Marketing team, including preparing reports on digital analytics, campaign conversions and results to inform future strategies and plans
- Acts as department lead in general office duties, event logistics, support and execution
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet the overall goals and objectives of Osler Foundation

**Qualifications**:

- University degree, College diploma or a combination of relevant experience
- One year or more within a fundraising/charitable/not-for-profit organization
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and changing demands
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deadline and results-oriented, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent relationship-building skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues and volunteers
- Ability to work independently and proactively under pressure
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, native social analytics), including the ability to analyze online donor trends
- Experience using Luminate Online a definite asset
- Holds a current driver’s license and has access to a vehicle
- Demonstrates understanding and complies with Osler’s patient and staff policies

- May be required to travel and work between all Osler sites

Hybrid: Roles that function remotely, but require essential, regular onsite weekly work.
