**Coastal Sports & Wellness HALIFAX is looking for a full-time Office Administrator**

Coastal Sports & Wellness Inc., an esteemed multidisciplinary clinic located in Bedford, Nova Scotia, is expanding with a second clinic location in Halifax, opening in September 2024. We are eagerly seeking a passionate Chiropractor to join our dedicated team. Position Details:

- **Flexible Schedule**: Our Office Administrator role offers a flexible schedule to accommodate both you and our clients. With morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts available, you will have the flexibility to manage your time effectively.
- **Competitive Pay Structure**:Employees are paid hourly, starting at $17, with an increase to $17.50 after 6 months. Open to negotiation.
- **Medical Benefits**: Full-time employees are eligible for medical benefits.
- **Start Date**: We are looking to welcome a new team member to start in **September 2024**

If you have the following qualifications, we'd love to hear from you:

- Diploma in Medical Office Administration would be beneficial, though not mandatory.
- Legible handwriting
- Positive and vibrant personality
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Previous experience as a Receptionist/Office Administrator
- Proficiency in using JANE booking software
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with patients, practitioners, other staff members, and the community.
