**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Follow-Up**: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from leads provided by the marketing team, online inquiries, and customer databases.
- **Customer Engagement**: Provide detailed information on car models, features, financing options, and promotions to potential customers over the phone.
- **Sales Conversion**: Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and successfully convert inquiries into sales appointments at the dealership or online showroom.
- **Relationship Building**: Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience throughout their buying journey.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on the latest car models, features, and promotions to effectively inform and educate customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs related to calls made, appointments scheduled, and sales closed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, managers, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and sales processes.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather customer feedback and report insights to help improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in telesales, call center, or customer service is a plus, especially in the automotive industry.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and persuasively.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to generate leads, overcome objections, and close sales over the phone.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, both over the phone and through follow-up communication.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple leads and customer interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software, phone systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to listen to customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to work collaboratively within a team to meet company goals and targets.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with flexible work hours (potential for weekend work, depending on business needs).
- Commission-based incentives in addition to base salary, based on sales performance.
