GIP is currently seeking an **Equipment Administrator** to join the Fleet group out of our West Carleton Sand & Gravel Fleet facility. Under the direction of the Equipment Manager and Intermediate Accountant, the Equipment Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the Maintenance Supervisors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Electronic scanning, uploading and filing of invoices & packing slips.
- Record daily CVOR trip sheets.
- Order, receive & manage inventory in the fleet building (Parts, Tires, Oils, Consumables)
- Post all fuel disbursements, Inventory control and monitoring.
- Co-ordinate and enter inventory counts, quarterly.
- Monthly inventory system balancing (Fuel).
- Enter, receive & verify all orders/shipments in JOE from suppliers.
- Create purchase orders for field mechanics.
- Provide end of month work order reports.
- Create work orders when needed.

**Required Experience**:

- Demonstrated computer software proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills would be a strong asset
- JDE experience an asset
- Excellent and proven organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines and manage multiple tasks within a high
- pressure work environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency by demonstrating the ability to shift priorities to accomplish objectives
- Communication - excellent ability to communicate information and clarify requirements both orally and in writing clearly and effectively.
