As a member of Skip's Operations Reporting team, you will be responsible for data validation, writing SQL, and analyzing trends. Working in an Agile environment you'll be providing insights to the business and act as the go-to for developing, testing, and deploying solutions.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Develop and maintain reports for operations teams
- Work with business stakeholders to define and develop impactful operational reports
- Active stakeholder management with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are understood and met
- Proactively monitor the network's performance to develop insights to enable stakeholders to make effective decisions
- Interpret and utilize data to optimize the needs of our team and Skip as a business
- Identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement
- Optimize, build, and maintain the data pipeline

**People we're looking for**:

- Have 1-2 years of experience in data analytics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, data-driven & curious
- Fast learner, organized & reliable
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to explore new solutions for stakeholders
- Take ownership of their ongoing personal growth and learning
- Knowledge of SQL/Google BigQuery and a passion for continually learning to fill gaps in your knowledge
- Experience developing graphs and dashboards in Google Sheets or Excel
- Some experience building reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar program experience would be an asset
- The ability to develop code in Google Script would be an asset
