As the Cook, you’re instrumental in creating our customer’s dining experience at Boomer’s. You play a critical part in our success. You use your thorough understanding of food safety and handling to prepare high quality meals, ensuring the highest standards are realized. We’ll do our part to provide a fun environment, great teammates to work with and abundant free parking If you don’t normally drive to work, not to worry as the Capital News Centre (CNC) is on a major bus route.

Ideally, you have recent experience as a cook in a similar, “bar & grill” type of place that serves high quality “pub style” meals. If you already have your Food Safe certification, your resume will show up on our “daily specials” board.

If you are **available weekend nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)**, have a good sense of humour, a track record of providing excellent meals to your customers, and have your “Food Safe” certification, click that “apply” button today

Boomers Bar & Grill is in Kelowna at the Capital News Centre where you can enjoy great food and drinks with an incredible view of the ice rinks, all easily accessible on public transit Capital News Centre, part of the GSL Group of Companies, is a leading sporting facility with two NHL size ice surfaces, a seasonal leisure ice surface, and two full-size indoor turf fields right in the heart of the Okanagan.
