**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
**Leadership and Team Management**:
Lead and inspire a diverse team of kitchen staff, servers, and front-of-house personnel.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

**Operational Oversight**:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.

**Financial Management**:
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Implement strategies to increase sales, manage inventory effectively, and minimize waste.

**Customer Experience Enhancement**:
Uphold high standards of service excellence and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Address customer feedback and concerns promptly, striving to exceed expectations and build customer loyalty.

**Quality Control**:
Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion sizes, adhering to established recipes and standards.

**Staff Training and Development**:
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth and improve performance.

**Community Engagement and Marketing**:
Build relationships with local communities and stakeholders to promote the restaurant and drive business growth.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
