Fitset Ninja is a training facility that offers ninja obstacle course racing, tricking and parkour programming. We have locations in both Edmonton and Calgary, AB. Our vision is to bring our movement training mainstream, with locations across Canada.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Provide fantastic technical instruction to athletes (ages 5 and up), including verbal instruction and demonstrations of skills
- Deliver appropriate programing with the ability to scale up or down based on athletes skill level & previous experience
- Ensure that all athletes are engaged and participating in classes
- Provide a safe environment for all athletes
- Instruct all guests and athletes on the safety policies
- Plan and deliver lessons that align with the curriculum
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Demonstrated the Mission and Values
- Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities for improvement

**Qualifications**
- Prior ninja experience required
- Prior experience working with children & youth preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on a recurring weekly basis
- Valid Standard First Aid / CPR-C required within three months of hire date
- Completed and cleared Police Record check with Vulnerable Sector Search completed prior to start date
- Completion of the Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders Certificate within one month of hire date
