**Your New Role and Team**

Sanctuary, a world leader in building AI-based control systems for humanoid robots, is looking to hire an IT Operations Specialist to join our Enterprise IT team. Reporting to the Director of IT, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our infrastructure and services and will support the ongoing growth of our business.

- Partner with key stakeholders and collaborate with the Director of IT to ensure IT projects align with the company's strategic goals.
- Play a crucial role in shaping the team's capabilities and culture for rapid, high-quality project delivery. You'll identify opportunities to enhance our systems, develop solutions, and make technical contributions to bring these improvements to life.
- Play a vital role in supporting the team through project delivery, staff development, and effective time management. By mentoring and fostering growth, you'll help the team reach its full potential. Your work directly contributes to the company's mission to create the world's first human-like intelligence in general-purpose robots.

**Your Experience**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with a demonstrated career progression of increasing achievements and responsibilities.
- A demonstrated track record of technical excellence and successful projects under mínimal supervision.
- Relevant certifications are welcomed (for example ITILv4, SAFe, Scrum Master, etc)

**Skills**
- Proficient in project management approaches, including Agile and Scrum, and promoting a culture of sprint-based delivery.
- Skilled in supporting on-call, multi-shift practices and fostering a culture of execution and agility under constraints.
- Experienced in staff development and making hands-on technical contributions while overseeing project activities.
- Capable of building partnerships and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficient in administering and maintaining enterprise tools (GSuite, Microsoft M365, Atlassian, Azure, AWS).
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues in Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments.
- Experienced with scaling PKI infrastructure and supporting its business adoption.
- Familiar with networking ecosystems (Juniper JunOS, Fortinet, Mist) and core technologies (VLAN, VRF, iBGP/eBGP/OSPF) for maintainability and scalability (EVPN, VXLAN, SDWAN).
- Knowledgeable in DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies and tools for IaC (Ansible Mesh, Bicep, Gitlab, Azure DevOps).
- Experienced in managing distributed systems and lights-out datacenters with parity between on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
- Skilled in building and managing ADVPN and ZTNA fabrics.
- Confident in a service-based IT approach within an ITIL framework.
- Passionate about fostering a culture of documentation and accountability.
