- As an IT Project Manager, you are responsible for developing the Project Charter, Project Scope Statement and Project Plan including timelines, risk management plan and budget. Primary duties include:

Identify and schedule project resources: Consult with the management team to assign internal resources as required or hire contracted resources.
- Monitor project resources by managing project plans and schedules, help resolve issues, provide direction and conduct quality assurance checks on project deliverables.
- Oversee the project budget and schedule and control changes to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor the project risks and issues and implement appropriate actions as required.
- Follow Project Management best practices to ensure successful project delivery.

**Qualifications**
- A 2-year technical diploma in IT or related field and a minimum of 7 years project management experience; OR
- A degree in computer science or related field and a minimum of 5 years project management experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Experience working in Niche would be a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills to prepare and present to a variety of audiences; well-developed analytical thinking and relationship building skills.
- Proven significant experience managing multiple highly complex and large-scale projects.
- Competencies for this position include: analytical thinking, change management, coaching and development, communication,** **efficiency and thoroughness, focus on results and relationship building.

**Pre-employment Requirements**
- An enhanced security clearance will be conducted.
- Successful applicants must provide proof of qualifications. Education obtained from out of country must have or be able to obtain, an Education Credential Assessment (ECA) for confirmation of equivalent credentials.
