Homestay Coordinator

Choice Education Group is seeking a Coordinator to join our team in Greater Toronto Area, ON.

The Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of services and supports for individuals and families in the community. Coordinators work with a team of Coordinators to ensure that all of the clients’ needs are met.

**Homestay Coordinator’s Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Assisting Admission Team in the recruitment, vetting and placement of homestays for new students
- Processing Homestay contractual agreements
- Conducting interviews and home inspections of families participating in our homestay program
- Creating a detail report and profile for our potential homestay families
- Evaluating homestay to ensure they are meeting program standards and students’ needs/expecting
- Creating homestay database and Managing homestay families’ information and documentation
- Be on-call to provide student advice/support and to attend to emergency situations
- Maintain CNA School files and office operations including but not limited to collecting annual reports, updating student lists, academic records of the student and process transfer credit
- Provide full confidential administrative support to CAN
- Pick up mail from the office and sending OSR/OSSD to appropriate parties

- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with staff, clients, community partners, etc., while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively while meeting deadlines; able to multitask within a fast-paced environment while working within established deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently or within a team in various roles (coordinator, service provider, office clerk etc.)and still remain focused on meeting client needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
