Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events. This role requires excellent time management skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively. If you have a passion for the restaurant, hospitality, or hotel industry and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and decor - Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their vision is brought to life - Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions - Coordinate event logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and guest services - Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan - Communicate event details to staff and ensure they are well-prepared for their roles - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and during the event - Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events in a calm and professional manner - Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement Requirements: - Previous experience in event planning or a related field is preferred - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations - Ability to negotiate contracts and manage budgets - Knowledge of the local market and vendors in the event industry is a plus - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
