**About HJ Machine & Pattern**:
Since 1975, HJMP has provided Automated assembly and inspection fixtures, automation services, robotics stations, gauges, and industrial tools to automotive, defence, oil & gas, mining, machine manufacturing, foundries, agriculture, and other industries. HJMP is ISO 9001:2015 registered and has CAD/CAM, CNC, CMM, additive manufacturing and other machining capabilities. Our test fixtures in metal, composite and wood materials are well-known to industrial clients in Canada, the USA, Mexico, and Europe. The organization is growing at a breakneck pace.
**Job purpose**:
**Role**:
**Marketing**:
1) Contact current and potential clients to obtain RFQ.
2) Gather all necessary project information to generate detailed estimates and quotations for work performed.
3) Proficiency in GD&T, CAD software and good understanding, preferably solid experience in manufacturing and assembly processes, is required to complete this step.
4) Prepare estimates of materials, labour and equipment time, and subcontracts.
5) Maintain regular communication with colleagues to coordinate project completion on time and within budget.
6) Work with current customers to address ongoing maintenance and project requirements and anticipate future work.
7) Assist in preparing a marketing strategy, including distribution and marketing channels to promote HJMP products and services.
8) Run a marketing campaign to attract new customers.
9) Increase brand awareness using traditional as well as digital channels.
**Purchasing**:
1) Use a proactive approach to identify and develop a relationship with upstream supply-chain partners to support the HJMP strategy.
2) Develop and maintain a qualified and reliable supply chain.
3) Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
4) Review BOM and ensure that raw material is available on time for the projects.
5) Manage inventory in the shop and in E2 Boss (ERP). Ensure that the system stays up to date for all tools and raw materials.
**Job Specification**:
**Qualifications**:Certificate in marketing and Diploma in mechanical/electronics/electrical/ mechatronics engineering.
**Experience** : Should have experience in process and product cost estimation.
