We are looking for an Employer Brand Manager to helps us build on the momentum of our journey so far and increase employee retention and engagement.

The role is about lifting the curtain on our great industry as well as the passion, care and hands-on approach that defines the way in which we thrive at Saputo.

Reporting into the Corporate Talent Management team and in collaboration with our divisional Talent Acquisition (TA) teams, your main responsibilities will be to:

- Plan and overseeing our social media presence

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

- Act as main point of contact with our agency partners and TA teams across our divisions (Canada, USA, Argentina, UK, Australia)
- Develop, coordinate, and execute the employer brand strategy, recruitment campaigns, or projects using both internal and external channels and leveraging our values and Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Draft creative and positive material for various internal and external channels
- Define, review, and monitor HR content for our social media posts
- Conduct research and communicate on employer brand trends and best practices; both globally and divisionally
- Lead a growing team that focuses on employer brand and employee value proposition strategies and tactics

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in HR, employer brand marketing or related fields
- 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, marketing, and/or social media
- Strong project management and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in managing a team
- Bilingual (English and French)
