**Dispatch Manager**

Location: 12315 Coleraine, Bolton, Ontario

**Salary**: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Position Type: Full-time, In-person (with potential for hybrid after probationary period)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Manager to join our team. The Dispatch Manager will be responsible for overseeing dispatch coordinators, ensuring timely response to priority calls within SLA timeframe, managing automated dispatching systems, conducting periodic performance evaluations, providing daily feedback to field operations, and communicating with the service department to optimize company performance.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage a team of dispatch coordinators to ensure efficient and effective dispatch operations.

Ensure priority calls are addressed within SLA timeframe.

Learn, program, and manage automated dispatching systems to optimize technician efficiency and SLA compliance.

Conduct periodic performance appraisals for dispatch coordinators.

Provide daily feedback to field operations as required.

Communicate with the service department on skill and staffing requirements to improve company performance.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in dispatch management or related field.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in automated dispatching systems is a plus.
