**Description du poste**

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un ou d’une architecte de solutions qui se joindra à l’équipe des Services essentiels liés à la technologie de notre département des Services des technologies de l’information. Notre équipe unie est reconnue partout à la Banque pour sa diversité, son inclusivité et sa passion pour le travail qu’elle fait afin de rendre la Banque numérique, prête et résiliente.

En tant que membre du groupe chargé de l’architecture TI de la Banque du Canada, vous travaillerez également avec d’autres architectes de solutions et informaticiens pour aider à évaluer d’autres solutions, et pour faire en sorte que celles-ci cadrent précisément avec les feuilles de route et les pratiques exemplaires de la Banque.

**Plus précisément, vous devrez**:

- participer à toutes les phases des projets afin de mettre en œuvre les technologies de l’information requises en apportant aux projets et aux équipes vos connaissances techniques, votre créativité et votre point de vue éclairé
- faire office de spécialiste technique et de responsable de la planification de toutes les activités menant à l’élaboration de l’architecture de solutions
- repérer les problèmes techniques et les risques, et définir une stratégie d’atténuation
- analyser l’environnement de solutions actuel afin de repérer les lacunes et les possibilités de simplification dans le cadre des projets de mise à jour informatique en continu
- faciliter l’évaluation et la sélection des normes relatives aux technologies et aux produits matériels et logiciels, ainsi que la conception de configurations standard, leur mise en œuvre et leur intégration dans l’environnement d’exploitation
- effectuer des recherches, suivre les progrès technologiques et les tendances du secteur, évaluer leur applicabilité, leur fonctionnalité et leur fiabilité dans le contexte de la Banque, et recommander des technologies qui permettront au client d’accroître sa productivité et d’atteindre ses objectifs opérationnels

**Ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir**
En tant qu’architecte de solutions d’expérience, vous faites preuve d’initiative et êtes capable de saisir rapidement la nature des problèmes complexes. Vous savez communiquer efficacement et transmettre clairement les éléments essentiels des messages, structurer le contenu des documents et des exposés et rédiger ceux-ci dans un style adapté à leur objet et au lectorat visé. Vous saisissez rapidement la complexité d’un problème et communiquez les principaux éléments. Vous avez une grande motivation et êtes capable de travailler de façon autonome avec peu de supervision, ainsi que de fonctionner efficacement au sein d’une équipe. Vous contribuez à la création d’une dynamique de groupe positive en prenant part à des conversations fructueuses et respectueuses, en gérant les conflits à point nommé, en aidant les membres de l’équipe qui ont des difficultés et en affichant de l’optimisme par rapport aux objectifs de l’équipe.

**Vous avez aussi ce qui suit**:

- expérience reconnue à titre d’architecte de solutions (ou dans un autre poste pertinent)
- solides compétences en communication et en documentation
- connaissance et compréhension approfondies des logiciels-services (SaaS), des plateformes-services (PaaS) et des infrastructures-services (IaaS)
- expérience des technologies liées à l’infonuagique, à l’intégration et à l’automatisation
