**Description du poste**
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un ou d’une architecte de solutions qui se joindra à l’équipe des Services essentiels liés à la technologie de notre département des Services des technologies de l’information Notre équipe unie est reconnue partout à la Banque pour sa diversité, son inclusivité et sa passion pour le travail qu’elle fait afin de rendre la Banque numérique, prête et résiliente.

Sous la supervision du directeur adjoint, Services liés aux systèmes d’exploitation, vous ferez partie d’un groupe qui investit continuellement pour fournir des services exceptionnels dans notre organisation de classe mondiale où l’automatisation est combinée aux pratiques exemplaires pour rationaliser et normaliser les produits, et accroître la rapidité d’exécution de la banque centrale du Canada.

De plus, vous aurez la possibilité de formuler des recommandations sur les processus et les technologies, ainsi que d’utiliser des solutions à la fine pointe et de vous perfectionner à mesure que les technologies du secteur évoluent. Avec le soutien de votre leader, vous pourrez développer vos compétences, expérimenter et faire progresser votre carrière de différentes façons (attestations, laboratoires, architecture, leadership, etc.).

**Ce que vous ferez**
En tant qu’architecte de solutions, vous ferez office de spécialiste technique et prendrez part aux activités menant à l’élaboration et à l’évolution des technologies PaaS (Unix, Linux, Windows) et IaaS (NetApp, Commvault, Hyperscale) ainsi que des environnements infonuagiques de la Banque.

De plus, vous devrez:

- collaborer étroitement avec d’autres architectes et des équipes chargées des opérations et de projets pour évaluer les besoins opérationnels et définir une solution technique (produit ou service)
- veiller à ce que l’intégration des services, des flux de données et de l’infrastructure réponde à des impératifs opérationnels changeants ainsi qu’aux normes de maintenabilité, de fiabilité, d’extensibilité et de disponibilité, notamment
- participer à toutes les phases des projets afin de mettre en œuvre les technologies de l’information requises en apportant aux projets et aux équipes vos connaissances techniques, votre créativité et votre point de vue éclairé
- agir avec discernement pour simplifier les opérations en introduisant des changements technologiques progressifs
- rencontrer les parties prenantes et les fournisseurs pour constamment se conformer aux meilleures pratiques du secteur, et élaborer des feuilles de route et des stratégies de transition
- travailler à plusieurs projets à la fois, gérer des priorités conflictuelles et les relations avec les parties prenantes, et faire des exposés devant les cadres supérieurs responsables des technologies

**Ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir**
Vous êtes capable de saisir rapidement la nature de problèmes complexes, vous êtes motivé, et vous pouvez travailler avec un minimum de supervision et fonctionner efficacement au sein d’une équipe. Vous êtes aussi un communicateur efficace capable de transmettre clairement les éléments essentiels des messages, de structurer le contenu des documents et des exposés et de rédiger ceux-ci dans un style adapté à leur objet et au public visé.
