**Research Project Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring effective coordination among project team members.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to achieve project objectives.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, forecast future costs, and ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- **Team and Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Provide support to senior consultants by organizing and coordinating client and team meetings, interviews, and workshops.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, committees, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project inquiries and facilitate effective information flow.
- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Support data collection and analysis activities as needed, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Compile survey results and other data to generate coherent, concise reports that meet project reporting requirements.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage project calendars and allocate time for project members.
- Prepare materials and slide presentations for conferences, workshops, and special projects.
- Provide backup support for other project team members as required.
- Adapt to changing technology and implement new developments to increase productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Coordination role, preferably in a research or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other databases.
- Strong organizational, interpretive, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when interacting with stakeholders.
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage priority conflicts and adapt quickly to changing circumstances while adhering to project guidelines and goals.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- $60,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Generous PTO policy, with 10 or more days depending on tenure.
