La personne responsable joue un rôle clé par rapport à l’objectif d’Agropur de devenir un acteur majeur dans la catégorie fromages fins. Ainsi, elle participera activement au développement et à la croissance de la catégorie dans une perspective de simplification et de rentabilité, en gérant les projets marketing d’importation sous sa responsabilité, en plus de supporter les membres de l’équipe marketing lors de certains projets.

Relevant du Chef marketing Import, elle travaillera de concert avec les fournisseurs d’import, l’équipe marketing ainsi qu’avec les équipes des ventes, de la stratégie commerciale, des finances, de la logistique et de la qualité. Elle devra supporter le Chef marketing Import dans l’ensemble des projets, de gérer certains projets de façon autonome, collaborer sur des projets de catégorie, tout en assurant le suivi des budgets, des échéanciers et des ressources pour les projets qui lui sont confiés.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Supporte le Chef marketing Import dans la gestion des projets;
- Gère et s’assure d’effectuer un suivi dans les demandes régulières des fournisseurs sous sa responsabilité;
- Gère le comité de rationalisation de produits (SKURAT meeting);
- Agit à titre de leader pour le maintien à jour des plateformes marketing (SQF, GS1, Coupa, Guide des fromages, etc.);
- Participe à divers projets au sein du département marketing (lancement de produits, gestion des emballages, optimisation de produits, etc.);
- Gère le processus d’approbation des emballages;
- Supporte l’équipe dans la préparation de diverses présentations marketing (revue d’affaires, plan marketing, etc.);
- Participe à l'analyse de la performance du portfolio;
- Soutient l’équipe à toutes autres tâches connexes.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Baccalauréat en marketing, administration ou tout autre domaine pertinent;
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle équivalent;
- Expérience en gestion de projet;
- Bilinguisme oral et écrit (Anglais et Français) - Communications fréquentes avec des partenaires, clients et/ou employés à l’extérieur du Québec.
