**VOS PROCHAINS DÉFIS**:
Notre Équipe de fermeture et d’héritage gère et réhabilite les sites fermés et les sites d’entretien et de maintenance au sein des actifs d’Agnico Eagle. L’Équipe de fermeture et d’héritage est chargée d’élaborer et de mettre en œuvre des normes, des directives et des outils de fermeture en consultation avec les parties prenantes internes. L’Équipe de fermeture et d’héritage soutient les équipes du site et de l’exploitation dans la planification, l’établissement de rapports et la mise en œuvre des activités de fermeture.

Sous la responsabilité du directeur ou de la directrice de la fermeture et de l’héritage, le ou la gestionnaire de projet - fermeture et héritage suivra l’avancement du projet et le budget associé aux sites légués. La personne titulaire du poste se rendra également périodiquement sur les sites d’Agnico Eagle.
- Coordonner les programmes sur le terrain avec les consultants en environnement et veiller à ce que les programmes soient exécutés dans les délais et conformément aux normes d’Agnico;
- Répondre à toutes les demandes associées à nos sites fermés et légués qui pourraient provenir des autorités, des communautés ou de toute autre tierce partie ;
- Préparer des rapports et/ou des présentations pour résumer les activités et les résultats obtenus sur les sites fermés ;
- Contribuer au développement et à la promotion de la vision, des objectifs et des meilleures pratiques auprès de l’équipe de remise en état ;
- Posséder d’excellentes compétences en matière de communication orale et écrite et de relations interpersonnelles, ainsi que le désir et la capacité de travailler au sein d’une équipe solidaire et interconnectée ; et
- Assumer d’autres responsabilités en fonction des besoins.

**LES QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIELLES À VOTRE RÉUSSITE**
- Au moins cinq à dix (5-10) ans d’expérience dans les processus et pratiques de réhabilitation ;
