**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment and Hiring:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

Onboarding and Training:

- Oversee onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly into the organization.
- Coordinate job-specific training sessions for new hires and existing employees.

Employee Engagement and Well-being:

- Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement and well-being, including wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement and oversee performance management solutions to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and set goals for progression.

Office Support:

- Provide administrative support to ensure the office runs efficiently. This ranges from covering for coworkers that are away to ensuring the best interaction possible with visitors and employees.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of progressive experience in the recruitment & management of people as well as the development and fostering of a strong corporate culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization.
- Proven leadership experience with the desire and ability to lead a team
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent English language skills, both oral and written
