**Responsibilities**:

- Handle a high volume of customers seeking new equipment as well as repair advice in a very fast-paced environment
- Maintain and follow up with leads and online inquiries
- Actively assist in maintaining parts department stock
- Answer client questions accurately and efficiently
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Keeping up to date with everchanging stock and product availability
- All other duties and responsibilities assigned

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in Customer Service is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible to unanticipated issues
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers
- Must be available to work weekends

Hours: 34-40 per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Secondary School (preferred)
