We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our growing team at our South Branch as a full-time **Front Counter Sales Rep**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sell a diversified line of products from incoming phone calls and conduct over-the-counter sales.
- Provide pricing and inventory information to customers.
- Process and enter customer orders with detailed specifications into the computer system.
- Support Outside Sales Reps in processing quotes, orders, and other requirements at all stages of the sales cycle.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Provide best-in-class customer service and help resolve customer issues and requests in a timely manner.
- Help in organizing the showroom, stocking shelves, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a "can do" attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Industry experience is a definite asset.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software programs
- Highly motivated with a desire to be successful.
- Willingness to gain advanced knowledge of Edmonton Fasteners & Tools products and services.
