**Key Accountabilities**
- Setup and maintain customer data in the system.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding customer balances, deductions, and claims.
- File claims for disputed customer deductions.
- Ensure the billing and collection schedules are adhered to.
- Record deposits and payments.
- Perform 3-way match on accounts payable invoices and enter in the system.
- Maintain a paperless filing system.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Assist with month-end and other tasks as required.

**Skills/Experience/Education**
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
- Excellent Time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
- Basic knowledge of excel
- Post-secondary education in Finance
- 1-3 years experience preferred
- This job is on-site and in-person*
