Part-time Bookkeeper/admin Assistant

Administrative Assistant
**Duties**:
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling statements.
- Assist with budgeting activities, such as tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide support in account analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including data collection and report writing.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Conduct bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Provide technical accounting support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Intuit Quickbooks
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting procedures.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and financial report writing.
- Familiarity with governmental accounting standards and regulations.
- Proficient in payroll processing and bank reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in account analysis and reconciliation.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
