**What You'll Do**

The
**Network Transformation Product Sales Specialist** will act in both a supportive capacity for Cisco Account Managers and in a leadership capacity depending on the nature of the engagement as follows:
In support of Sales and assigned customer base:

- Coordinate with sales management to develop business plans
- Define and articulate a plan for the customers current IT and OT networks to accelerate their digital transformation
- Present solutions, including return on investment and value proposition.
- Address customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

In a strategic leadership capacity to build the business
- Initiate and advance rapid acceptance of IT and OT networking technologies, data analytics and automation
- Train sales team in marketing strategies and techniques to help promote customer awareness and identify potential new opportunities.
- Build awareness of the competitive landscape and educate our customers on strategies to position Cisco based solutions for success against competitors.
- Collaborate with senior management, sales teams and other sales specialists to develop sales solutions and improve revenue growth.
- Participate in trade associations and industry conferences to promote company products.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns, materials and events

Experience
- Experience working with a Manufacturer or Partner in the Technology Industry, with a focus on Network Solutions
- Experience supporting and sometimes leading cross-functional teams toward a business goal which is realized by technology solutions
- Experience selling to Business Decision Makers both inside and outside the company
- Experience selling Wireless, Access and/or WAN networking, Network Management and Network Automation solutions.

Skills
- An ability to think both tactically and strategically about business, product, and technical challenges,
- An ability to understand client business and technical imperatives and inspire confidence with a variety of internal and external constituents,
- Ability to establish relationships, gain consensus, establish credibility with both customer and Cisco decision makers and backed by analysis convey compelling value propositions
- Strong communication and listening skills

Minimum Requirements:

- 5 or more years experience working with a manufacturer or partner in the Technology industry, with an emphasis on selling network or network virtualization technology.
- A business and sales background in Network Technologies, Software Sales, and subscription business models
- A bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
