OnSide Performance Centre has been serving the HRM for over 7 years. Our mission is to empower people to integrate wellness into their lives by offering trusted, high-quality, and evidence-based solutions. Our vision is to become a regional leader in health and fitness while creating an inclusive community built upon healthy habits. We offer nutrition services, personal training and group fitness classes.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated personal trainer to join our growing team

Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new clients
- Work with clients to develop Success Plans
- Develop and deliver tailored and effective personalized exercise programs
- Leverage and promote all OnSide programs to help clients on their health and wellness journey
- Participate in community-building events such as in-house competitions, Friday Night Lights, and other client appreciation events
- Actively engage in professional development and continued education
- Be a full-time member of OnSide Performance Centre, and attend classes regularly

**Qualifications**:

- A valid Personal Training Certification or Diploma (CSEP CPT, Can Fit Pro, ACE, NSFA PT, NSCA)
- Valid CPR/AED First Aid Certification
- Clear vulnerable sector check
