As iGO Electric continues to develop, we are looking to expand our team with a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This role requires an adaptable personality with strong interpersonal skills, a keen sense of problem solving and a cool composition under pressure.

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries to provide exceptional service.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide pricing and delivery information (in tandem with the order desk).
- Process after sales orders and warranty requests.
- Manage customers' accounts and keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and record details of actions taken.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Follow up on customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
- Previous customer service, telemarketing or call center experience (2+ years) a plus.

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
