Audi Delivery Specialist

We are looking for a **Delivery Specialist** to join our team

Main responsibilities include:
Before delivery
- walk through of car to ensure it is clean and all accessories are included
- cleaning dirt/wax/smudges from car
- notifying detailer and manager if any scratches/dents are found
- reviewing file to ensure all paperwork is in order
- installing license plates on car
- scheduling 1st service appointment for new car deliveries

Day of Delivery

1. -provide tour/explanation of service department (how to schedule service app, who to check in with etc.)

2. -provide walkthrough of vehicle exterior, pointing out gas cover, trunk, hood and door locks

3. -provide step by step explanation of interior features and set customer’s individual preferences in the vehicle. (ie. Radio presets, Bluetooth phone pairing, Navigation, etc.)

4. -answer any other questions customer may have

5. -schedule follow up delivery if necessary

After delivery:

- tag trade in vehicles, log mileage and move them to the back of the lot
- occasionally cover reception for breaks and other sales duties
- assist business managers when needed

Skills required:

- Passionate and knowledge about cars
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and come up with solutions when need be
- Bilingual will be considered an asset (English/French)

Hourly pay **PLUS **delivery bonuses for each car delivered
