**Job Description**:
What you'll be doing

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.

How you'll succeed
- Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Who you are
- You can demonstrate experience with: 1-2+ years as a BSA in a BSC role with the ability to elicit requirements and write documentation and communication skills. You have SQL database querying ability, as well as data and gap analysis expertise and are proficient with Excel pivot tables. You have strong problem solving skills, stakeholder management abilities, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Its and asset if you have an understanding of Capital Markets products, solid Interest Rate Derivative, Fixed Income knowledge, Repo (Debt) Trading (IIROC, MiFID II), Trade Life cycles and have worked within Financial Services previously.
