At K3 Seeds it’s about more than just selling seed; we offer cleaning of all crop types in our state-of-the-art seed cleaning plant. **Key Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to)**:

- Assisting in the cleaning process of the plant under supervision of the manager
- Monitoring equipment to ensure the quality, efficiency, and safety of the plant
- Monitoring and cleaning equipment and facilities
- Adjusting machinery settings to maximize cleaning efficiency
- Operating forklifts, grain augers, tractors, trucks, etc.
- Interacting with retail clients and truckers
- Loading and unloading customer trucks
- Assisting other plant personnel as needed
- Maintaining records of incoming product and throughput
- Sampling grading during processing and cleaning for quality control
- General equipment maintenance and maintenance planning

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Knowledge of various grains and pulses
- Class 1 or 3 license (considered an asset)
