We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Hand to join our team. As a farm hand, you will be involved in various aspects of crop production and general farm operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in the agricultural industry and contribute to the success of a growing grain farm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with all aspects of grain farming, including seeding, spraying, and harvesting.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in proper working order.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery as needed.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of grain, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed
- Assist Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic in the shop
- Follow established procedures for the safe handling of chemicals
- Comply with all safety regulations and farm policies to maintain a safe work environment
- Other farm-related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Physical fitness and the ability to work long hours, particularly during peak seasons.
- Knowledge of farm machinery and equipment operations is an asset.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in agriculture
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of safety practies and procedures in an agricultural setting
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during peak seasons
