**This is a paid internship that runs from May** 1 - August 30, 2024**. **Our staff’s team is works in a hybrid work environment, where people may come onsite or work remotely. We encourage applicants from across Canada to apply

**Position**:Intern, Evaluation & Knowledge Mobilization

**Reporting to**:Manager, Evaluation

**In this role, you will get to**:

- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize emerging evidence to help inform program design and evaluation
- Help create and launch new data collection methods and plans for ongoing program evaluation, including surveys and focus group/interview guides
- Help coordinate focus groups with young people and program stakeholders and support with analyzing focus group data
- Assist with knowledge mobilization activities like the Campus Assessment Tool and Youth Voice Report

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has excellent research and writing skills
- Has knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Is diligent, detail-oriented, and organized
- Has a willingness to help out with any task and a desire to work with collaboratively with a team
- Has strong people skills and an ability to work in a team environment and communicate professionally and sensitively with external stakeholders
- Has a ton of curiosity and a desire to learn

**Please note**:This opportunity will be funded through _Canada Summer Jobs,_ and all applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria to be considered for the position:

- Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the beginning of the employment period
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada following relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations
