Responsible for checking guests in and out while providing a pleasant experience.
- Assists guests with reservation inquiries, luggage, etc.
- Operation of Switchboard and related functions.
- Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment.
- Verify and balance daily charges to customer folios, master accounts and house accounts ensuring all required documentation is obtained. Follow specific checklists and credit procedures.
- Balance the rooms audit and post all daily room and outstanding charges.
- Review all credit card vouchers for proper imprints, authorizations and correct amounts.
- Run computer through nightly processing sequence to reset for next day’s use in balancing of applicable functions.
- Work as part of the overall team to ensure the hotel’s effective operation.
- Ensures and monitors the security of the hotel, guests/patrons during the overnight shift.
- Weekends required, holidays required, some week day nights may be needed to cover relief, vacation, sick calls, etc.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
