The location in Crofton, (British Columbia, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of **Internal Relief Head Kraft Operator x 1**. This job is full-time permanent.

Kraft Operations anticipates the requirement for one (1) Relief Head Kraft Operators. This is a bargaining unit position, and the senior qualified applicant(s) will be accepted. The hours of work will follow the compressed workweek schedule. The hourly rate of pay will be per the latest PPWC Labour Agreement.

Requirements for these positions include:

- Currently employed in the Kraft Operations Department.
- Trained to the field operating position in the Kraft Fibreline. (see area managers for copy of the job description and the more complete expectations of the job).
- Must be a safety conscious individual with high expectations of individual and overall safe operations
- Must be prepared to perform all aspects of the field work - this is a “hands-on” position.
- Must have and demonstrate leadership ability.

Expectations of this position:

- That the HKO and their relief will coordinate their time off to ensure that one or the other is present at all times.
