The Aftermarket Division flight simulators to update with the latest aeronautical improvements. Our employees develop innovative solutions to technological challenges.

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Lead verification and validation of flight simulators:

- Prepare engineering test plans to ensure that specifications and design requirements can be verified and validated.
- Using a risk-based approach, determine testing and documentation activities with appropriate rationale and justification.
- Participate in design reviews to present the testing plans, assumptions, and risks.
- Be part of a deployment team that visits customer training centers to test the simulator after the hardware/software updates.
- Perform validation of the simulator, first alone and then with the client representatives.
- Report test results and provide recommendations to project team to assess project risks.
- Identify and participate in the resolution of defects as early as possible during the project execution phase.
- Lead the CAE team during simulator qualification with the local authorities.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Specialization in Aerospace or Aeronautical is an asset.
- Availability and willingness to travel to clients’ locations for periods of a few weeks, 3-5 times a year.
- Knowledge of aeronautical industry processes: manufacturing, maintenance, software, is an asset.
- Sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team spirit.
- Very good knowledge of French and English.
