As the **Specialist, Omni-channel Digital Operations **you will focus on digital operations for **thesource.ca**, supporting design and implementation of digital customer experiences, and collaborating with business and IT teams to build new digital capabilities to drive ecommerce performance. Through digital analytics and insights you will be helping to shape business decisions and The Source digital roadmap. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the rapid growth and evolution of The Source's online channel.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support digital operations & production including:

- Promotions management, landing page development and maintenance, back-office management, day-to-day support of business teams; and
- Process optimizations to ensure optimal Customer experience, automation and efficiency
- Translate business requirements into digital solutions, leveraging existing capabilities, or UX briefs and IT requests when new functionality is required;
- Develop new user-facing features within the SAP Commerce platform and build reusable code and libraries for future use;
- Support identification and automation of digital analytics and insights to recognize and understand digital shifts in consumer behaviour both on the website but also by leveraging partner tools with Salesforce, Google and SAP Commerce;
- Collaborate with business and IT Partners to support successful development, testing and release of new digital functionality;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop and publish content that achieves superior online sales results;
- Hours of work are typically within office hours however you will need to be available to work some after hours and possible overnight site checks from time to time to support launches and major events.

**Skills we’re looking for**
- BA/BS degree or relevant prior experience working with technology in a Digital/Ecommerce environment;
- 1+ years work experience within a larger retail organization with strong digital and ecommerce focus;
- 2+ years leveraging HTML and CSS along with understanding JavaScript Frameworks;
- 1+ years with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP Commerce tools along with hands on promotion engine work;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SEO, onsite search, usability, A/B testing, personalization and accessibility;
- Experience with Google Ecosystem and Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools is an asset;
- Basic knowledge and ability to work with image authoring tools like Photoshop;
- Strong intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products including Excel, Power Point, and Word;
- Creative and critical thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions;
- You thrive in a dynamic work environment and can work on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Advanced organizational skills; strong time management and prioritization; ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects on tight deadlines;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
