**RESPONSABILITIES**:
**Customer Service**
- Diagnose problems with customers to quickly resolve their service issues.
- Be well-informed about the products sold by OrthoCanada.
- Communicate with customers and others to answer questions, disseminate or explain specific product information.
- Understand and communicate OrthoCanada's values; demonstrate what sets us and our products apart.
- Record orders in the accounting system and bill customers accordingly (clinics, hospitals, universities, medical stores, and retail customers, etc.)
- Establish strong customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Repair medical equipment by replacing defective components inside machines.
- Manage all customer complaints and loaner products provided to customers quickly and efficiently.

**Administration**
- Data entry into our accounting system. Improve data quality (review customer names and other customer details, standardize product descriptions, etc.)
- Ensure website information is relevant.
- Liaise with the purchasing manager and shipping team as needed to confirm inventory and the status of shipped orders.
- Document each service case and coordinate with suppliers, purchasers, technicians, and customers to solve problems.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Post-secondary degree in a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingualism in English and French is required (English is mandatory as most of our clients are English-speaking).
- Excellent general computer skills.
- Strong competency in electronic repair.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $47,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
