We currently have a leading-edge opportunity for a Financial Institutions (FI) Business Development Manager, to be located at our Canadian Head Office in Etobicoke. The successful incumbent will be responsible for new business development efforts, resulting in the achievement of incremental revenue targets being realized within the assigned portfolio. Business development results will be achieved by establishing a trusted and meaningful partnership between our organization and our client, while at the same time creating strategic account-based business plans that focus on our key areas of growth.

As the National Client Manager, you will identify new business revenue opportunities by utilizing the CRM program for sales forecasting and validate pipeline opportunities. You will be expected to conduct strategic account meetings with new business revenue customers to understand service needs in addition to reviewing end to end value added service solutions.

**Business Development (70%)**
- Build and increase Brink’s business within the Financial Services Industry
- Establish and build relationships at all levels within the organization through the Senior Management Team, Operations, and Commercial Banking and Procurement groups, using a consultative approach and a solution selling process, providing end-to-end performance improvements.
- Present new and innovative service solutions and service level agreements that address specific customer goals.
- Explore the opportunity to become the sole source service provider by aligning customer growth plans and delivering a level of service excellence.
- Retain and grow major accounts assigned
- Lead the strategic direction of major RFP
- Emphasis on overseeing and managing relationships with Financial Institutions (Accounts to be provided with offer)

**Client Support (10%)**
- Liaise with our branches to obtain data as requested by the FI’s
- Provide pricing for specials as required
- Ability to resolve service failures, pricing disagreements, and requests for special services all while ensuring the satisfaction of the client
- Evaluate impact of customer requests and move directly to resolution
- Handle multiple impact situations under intense time restrictions

**Administration (10%)**
- Compile miscellaneous data for presentation to the FI’s
- Review and submit Month-end reports
- Provide support for periodic governance meetings

**Client Onboarding Issue Resolution (5%)**
- Contact customer if contract and service don’t match, ensure resolution of issues (top 50 customers only)

**CRM Software (5%)**
- Update CRM software tool weekly, at minimum

**Position Qualifications**
- Requires high level of prioritization and time management
- Strong background of financial and banking industry
- Superior analytical skills
- Ability to work under extreme pressure and deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills and extensive experience providing high level costumer service
- Ability to negotiate price impact of a large account
- May require daily highway/city driving to customer locations
- Travel will be required based upon the scope of service coverage and customer requirements.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential to be successful in this role
- University Degree or College Diploma in a Sales field and five years of business to business service industry experience

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
