**Salary**: $2119.66 to $2757.39 bi-weekly ($55,323 - $71,967per year)

**Role Responsibilities**:
The Coordinator also provides administrative support to the Facilities, Fleet and Emergency Management Services team including monthly reconciliation of budgets, review of expense claims, purchasing of office and administrative supplies and is the Unit Service Request Coordinator (SRC).

Main responsibilities of the Parking and Telecom Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

- PSES parking is administered in accordance with applicable GoA, INFRA, and PSES directives, policies and guidelines
- Support the Planning Manager and other senior representatives in achieving the PSES mandate and goals
- Development and implementation of the Ministry VOIP system and its associated standards
- Coordinate and deliver operational service, support and administrative functions to Facilities, Fleet and Emergency Management Services
- Provide financial management support to Facilities, Fleet and Emergency Services Unit Service Request CoordinatorTo be successful in this role, the Coordinator will require strong dispute resolution/mediation/interpersonal skills are required to demonstrate awareness of the impact of parking decisions on individuals when explaining, clarifying and administering the GoA TB directive and INFRA parking procedure.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Requirements:

- One-year certificate in a related field (ex. Business administration, etc)
- PLUS 2 years of related experience
- Equivalencies may be considered on a one year-for-one year basis

Experience or knowledge that will be considered and asset:

- Knowledge of spatial design, office buildings and furniture systems, construction and contacting methods.
- Experience using Project Management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective client and service provider relationships.
- Experience in stakeholder or customer service where good negotiation/problem solving and analytical skills were required to resolve conflict.
- Knowledge of Government Acts, Regulations, Policies and Procedures, Standards and Guidelines as well as Best Practices, Administrative and Financial Administration processes
