IT Infrastructure Specialist

**A Snapshot of Your Day**
- Network design, configuration and monitoring (i.e. TCP/IP, MSTP, rVLAN, WAN, Firewall, Access Point, etc.)
- Building Machine IT/OT network architecture and writing Manufacturing IT documentation
- Manufacturing IT hardware (i.e. Machines, computers, PPMDs, etc.) upgrade, migration & i.e. System/windows update, Patch update, Domain migration, Software installation, etc.
- Onsite end user IT support
- Local OT server administration, Access & Windows group management
- Implementation & service of standard factory hardware (i.e. Barcode Scanner, Printer, Tablet, etc.)

- Create productivity by deploying IT solutions across the company
- Increase user satisfaction
- Actively manage and resolve IT issues
**What You Bring**
- 3+ years of experience required in a similar position
- Knowledge and experience with CISCO and/or Fortinet network devices
- Knowledge and experience with WIN server OS and on-premise data center operation
- Experience with VMware is considered an asset
- Knowledge and experience with WIN10 Operating System, MS Office 365, SharePoint Online, Planner, and other Microsoft tools, as well as computer hardware
- Excellent communication, organizational and inter-personal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve deadlines
- Self-starting
