**THE ROLE**
- Manage the recruitment life cycle which includes but not limited to posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, scheduling interviews for hiring managers and coordinating all documentation around the job offer process
- Administrate benefits for divisions where assigned
- Support respective teams in onboarding, orientation and training
- Assist as assigned in scheduling staff and coordinating coverages
- Proactively seek out and develop partnerships to source staffing more effectively
- Participate in recruitment job fairs where this adds value
- Create and implement proactive retention and loyalty-building strategies including staff reunions
- Participate in summer start-up activities and provide HR leadership and presence across all assigned units
- Coordinate with Appleby Human Resource team when additional support is needed and act as a liaison with the department on various projects
- Support new commercial projects as required

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Previous work experience in an HR or recreational/camp/educational environment
- Proven working experience with HRIS
- Demonstrated attention to detail when working with systems
- Strong excel and other MS Office skills
- Experience with CampBrain, When2Work is considered an asset
- Flexibility to travel to different job sites
- Superior service-oriented skills and ability to respond with urgency
- Strong communication skills, energetic and enthusiastic
- Must maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
