Executive Assistant to CEO

We are a 4th generation Grain and Cattle Company located in Borden, Sk. 35 minutes NW of Saskatoon on Hwy 16. We are a team of innovative hard working men and women who value family, hard work, and high quality food.

Necessary skills:

- Ability to multitask
- Excel at typing and writing
- Class 5 drivers licenses
- Ability to learn, research, record, assign tasks, and schedule in real time while attending meetings
- Manage the CEO’s schedule
- Prepare, organize and set up meetings
- Run zoom calls
- Proficient with a computer, and able to learn new technology quickly
- Functional use of Google suites, and Microsoft office suite
- No prior credentials or training required but may be valued

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Borden, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
