This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely. _#LI-Remote_

**About the role**:
Vena is looking for an experienced Go-to-Market Manager to join the team. As the GTM Manager, you will work directly with multiple cross-functional teams including Operations, Product & Technology, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Support and Sales to create and manage a GTM plan that ensures successful delivery and commercialization across a number of key product initiatives.

**What you will do**:

- Create and manage the project plan across key product initiatives
- You will create a plan that includes points of view from various cross-functional teams, and identify owners to manage execution and timelines
- Internal Communication -You will regularly communicate the status of the key product initiatives such as product readiness, customer prioritization, and test status to multiple stakeholders
- Risk Management - You will identify risks ahead of time and include the right leaders to help remove roadblocks
- Organization - You will organize documents (prioritized customer lists, test guides, compatibility guides) to keep the project progress smoothly, and in a timely manner
- Ownership and Accountability - You will hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable against your plan and manage execution of the project in a timely manner

**Does this sound like you?**:

- 3+ years of experience taking SaaS products to market, Corporate Performance Management experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in taking large and complex projects to market, Agile experience is preferred
- You have technical prowess, love to understand how things work, and have the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts, making them easily understandable to a variety of end users.
- Ability to gain the trust of those you work with, whether they are internal or external clients.
- Team player mentality and ability to thrive in self-managed and independent environments.
- You recognize gaps in plans and processes, and take the initiative to address them.
- You enjoy working with multiple teams and have a proven record of running successful project plans. You enjoy owning a complex plan and working with multiple stakeholders to bring it to life.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
