**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and verify participant data and records;
- Ensure the follow-up of files and complete the information related to the update in various software;
- Calculate and make payment of various benefits (retirement, departure, divorce, death) in accordance with the regulations and laws in force;
- Perform monthly reconciliations related to benefit payments;
- Respond to requests from clients, members and trustees;
- Validate and enter data into various databases and systems;
- Perform any other task required in the exercise of this function.

To succeed in his role, the Administrative solutions Technician must have the following qualities and skills:

- Have a college education in administrative technique or the equivalent;
- Demonstrate thoroughness, initiative, organization and professionalism in their work;
- Be flexible, available and know how to manage priorities very well;
- Have a good learning ability and good professional judgment;
- Have good customer service skills and an ability to popularize;
- Have a good sense of initiative and master problem solving;
- Have a good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel);
- Have very good communication skills, both oral and written;
- Experience in pension plan administration would be an asset.
