As the **Manager, Global Catalog and Supplier Enablement, **you will play a key role in Procurement’s ongoing digital transformation, specifically around our new global Procure-to-Pay platform and associated business processes. You will play a lead role in the design, setup and ongoing management of catalog and supplier enablement. As part of our P2P implementation project, you will lead the Global Catalog & Supplier Enablement related workstream(s), while working with various global stakeholders (primarily in North America and Asia), including leaders, colleagues, SMEs, vendor partners, and others. Post-implementation, as part of your ongoing responsibilities, you will create, own, and implement the global catalog buying and supplier enablement strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
DURING P2P IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT (expected to run to ~Q1 2024):

- Working with the P2P Program Lead, Project Manager(s), Director Global Procure-to-Pay, our implementation partner, and others, understand this mandate and develop an overarching approach for catalog enablement (both punchout and inhouse) and supplier enablement.
- Lead the related functional project workstream(s) (i.e., catalog and supplier enablement)
- Partner with other global workstream leads to achieve shared project objectives.
- Help internal & external stakeholders succeed with our new P2P platform and ways of working.
- Support other project activities as required.

POST-IMPLEMENTATION / ONGOING:

- Work closely with Global Sourcing and Procurement Operations team members to execute catalog buying and supplier enablement strategy.
- Be a trusted advisor to the Sourcing team regarding best practices in negotiating the optimal structure of pricing data for use in catalogs.
- Liaise between suppliers and functional teams to ensure catalog and supplier portal deployment on the procurement platform.
- Coordinate with Global Sourcing and Procurement Operations team members to establish, maintain and decommission contract catalogs.
- Define strategies to promote best buying channels and supplier portal usage.
- Solicit and evaluate feedback from internal/external users and stakeholders regarding the ease and accuracy of using catalogs and supplier portal in the continual improvement of digitalization.
- Optimize and enhance the buying experience.
- Conduct regular spend analysis inclusive of catalog and non-catalog spend to determine catalog recommendations and supplier base rationalization.
- Be accountable for the catalog lifecycle management (create, maintain, and decommission). Ability to troubleshoot ad-hoc production issues with supplier and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the collection of catalog data across categories in support of reporting, including sustainability.
- Review and recommend new features to be adopted in support of enhanced catalog usability for both user experience and reporting, in partnership with S2P Product Manager
- Make improvements to the catalog management processes and ensures standard processes are followed.
- Partner with Change Management team to develop communication strategies to both internal and external stakeholders to gain support to drive and maintain engagement momentum.
- Support the development of training requirements and guides suppliers in the catalog enablement and supplier enablement process where required.
- Ensure that appropriate auditing is in place an ensure catalogs and pricing complies with agreements.

**What we are looking for**
- 5+ years in managing an ongoing global mainstream e-procurement platform (e.g., Coupa, Ivalua or Ariba etc.)
- Expert in P2P processes in global finance institution(s)
- Experience managing/implementing within North America and APAC is an asset.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information, and make informed recommendations.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including written, verbal and visualizations / presentations.
- Customer service oriented and collaborative
- Comfortable presenting to groups, leading projects, and working on matrixed teams.
- Skilled in managing numerous projects at different phases and adjusting to changing priorities.
- Strong planning and organization skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong change management skills
