More specifically, you will:

- Perform all verifications for approved leasing contracts and indirect loans received for financing
- Make sure all leasing documents comply with Scotiabank’s instructions and with all of Scotiabank’s contractual obligations to the residual value insurer
- Resolve all abnormalities identified
- Respond to all requests for information from dealerships about documents and funding in a professional manner and in compliance with service level agreements
- Actively seek to make your department’s activities efficient and ensure suitability, compliance with (and the effectiveness of) standard regulatory controls in order to fulfill all obligations regarding operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, the risk of money laundering and financing terrorist activity, and the risk of misconduct; to do so, you will follow the Operational Risk Management Framework, the Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, the AML/ATF (Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Terrorist Financing) Global Handbook and the Scotiabank Code of Conduct
