**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize productivity while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel or hospitality setting.
- Stay updated on industry trends in custodial practices and implement best practices for industrial cleaning.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in training and supervising staff.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests.
