Continuing Studies at Medicine Hat College is pleased to be able to work with Saamis Aboriginal** **Employment & Training Association to deliver a twelve (12) week Certificate in Office Administration with specialty in Computerized Bookkeeping.

The program provides both theory and practice to help individuals seeking an entry-level administrative position associated within the Bookkeeping field. The program is delivered virtually to students in Medicine Hat and Brooks.

**A little about the role**:
The primary workload will include delivery of virtual courses in Bookkeeping and Administration. This position requires passion and commitment to learners, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team, comfortable using technology and teaching online. Courses may include **Introduction to Bookkeeping, Sage 50, QuickBooks Online, MS Office software, Office Communications.**

**As a successful applicant you will have**:

- A degree in a related field is preferred
- A Certificate / Diploma in a related field combined with professional qualifications and significant bookkeeping experience will also be considered
- Teaching experience in on-line formats would be an asset
- Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- A commitment to student success
