**Position Overview**:
As the Landscape Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of landscape construction workers to execute various projects efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. From initial site preparation to final installation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Site Supervision: Oversee all aspects of landscape construction projects, including site preparation, grading, hardscaping, planting, lighting, and irrigation.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of landscape construction workers, ensuring that tasks are delegated effectively and completed according to schedule and specifications.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail throughout the construction process, conducting regular inspections to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures on job sites, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
- Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment, oversee inventory management, and ensure that tools and machinery are properly maintained.
- Client Communication: Interface with clients, architects, and project managers to provide updates on project progress, address any concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, adapting plans as necessary to overcome obstacles and meet project goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Landscape industry certifications (e.g., ICPI, NCMA) preferred but not required.
